Jammal Brown   OL   Oklahoma

Jammal has good size and strength for his position. He is a good athlete and shows good mental toughness. Jammal has the abilities to play more than one position on the offensive line. He can play guard or tackle in the NFL. Jammal is very strong and uses good technique and should be able to get on the field very quickly for the team that drafts him.

Needs to Improve

If Jammal can improve his lateral movement, he could play left tackle at the next level. He must run the stairs to make his feet quicker and jump rope to improve his hip flexor muscles. Stay off of the weights -- it just binds the flexor muscles up. Those muscles need to be stretched and strengthened.

Talent Board Round  1

Jammal is a pleasure to watch on film. He does everything right and has good pride in his play. He shows some leadership qualities, but likes to lead by example. I donít think that Jammal is much of a talker -- he is more of a doer.  I know he can play guard and RT at the next level. The intriguing thing about Jammal is that I think he can play LT also. I think that he can improve his athletic abilities if he is challenged to improve them. I really like the way this kid plays and I just get this feeling that he can get a lot better as a pro. The offensive line play for this team is excellent and they work as one unit. Jammal has been a big part of that and has taken a back seat because the need for him to step out is not there. This is the sign of a leader. A person who knows when to lead and when to follow shows great intelligence. Jammal is a well-conditioned athlete who shows great intelligence. Tell me you donít need that to become part of a Super Bowl offensive line!
