Ray Willis   OT   Florida St
Strengths

Ray is an excellent OT and can play either side of the line. He is best in pass blocking, but does well when run blocking. Ray has excellent mental toughness and is a leader. He has good quick feet along with excellent lateral movement and change of direction abilities. He plays with a bit of an attitude, but doesn’t get a lot of penalties. Ray will get on the field very quickly for the team that drafts him.

Needs to Improve

Ray has been playing in the shadow of Alex Barron and is under the radar right now. Funny thing about that is, I think Ray is a much better player than Alex.

Talent Board Round  3

That’s right! I guess I will be out there by myself as usual, but I think that Ray is a much better player than Alex. Mental toughness is one reason and the other is that Ray is more athletic. I also feel that Ray has a better work ethic than Alex. Ray is as good as Alex when pass blocking and is a much better run blocker then Alex. So tell me why is Alex rated higher then Ray? Beats me!  I would draft Ray before Alex. There I said it.  Scream away, you Alex Barron fans…go ahead and scream away. Now I know that Alex will be picked before Ray in this draft. So the team that picks Ray will get a player that has first round talent and everyone will say what a great find Ray was in the 2nd or 3rd round, but you heard here first.  I tell you what’s on the film and what I see is a Pro Bowl player that will become a fan favorite and a core player for the team that drafts him and he will do it real soon.
