Here is my first 2018 Mock Draft. It
is still very early in the scouting
process, with all the college all star
games, NFL Combine, and Pro Days still
ahead for these athletes. With several
QB needy teams this year I can see
several QBs going in round one. Here is
my very early mock draft:
In the past several drafts, the Browns
have either passed up on taking a top
quarterback each year or traded down but
this is finally the year they select a

the Browns go with offense and get the
top RB in their draft.
The Broncos need a QB so they select the
Heisman Trophy winner in Mayfield.
Another QB goes in the top ten as the
Jets get Darnold to hopefully be their
The Buccaneers need DL help, especially
a pass rusher but with Chudd gone they
take a CB to get secondary help.
The Bears need to get Mitch Trubisky a
weapon and Calvin Ridley is projected as
one of the top receivers in this draft.
Quenton NelsonOLNotre Dame
While a receiver or running back
selection is possible, they need to
bolster the interior of the offensive
line and Nelson is the top OG prospect
in this draft.
It will be interesting to see what Jon
Gruden does in his first draft after
being out of coaching in the league for
several years. The Raiders desperately
need to upgrade the linebacker position
so Smith would be a great pick.

James WashingtonWROklahoma St
After the surprising mid-season trade of
Kelvin Benjamin it left QB Cam Newton
pretty limited at the WR position.
Will HernandezOLTexas-El Paso
The Titans could use some OL help and
Hernandez is rising on the boards.
Payne would be a huge boost to the
Falcons defensive front line.
The Saints need an edge rusher.
The Steelers will need a replacement for
the injured Ryan Shazier.
Brown is a big, physical OL that
Fournette would love running behind for
the next several years.
The Vikings could use some secondary
help after watching the NFC Championship
The Eagles could use improvement in the
interior line of their defense.
